About the 2026 Legacy Celebration
Join us for our largest fundraiser of the year on Friday, October 23rd, 2026, at The Olmsted. Doors open at 5:30 PM for cocktails, followed by a seated dinner. This special event honors the philanthropic spirit of the Ar-Hale Family Foundation and Heather Lilla with a presentation of the Nicholas X. Simon Altruism Award. They are distinguished by their generosity and compassion, and their legacy continues to inspire & remind us that it’s possible to change the course of a young person’s life.
Event Highlights
This unforgettable evening will feature guest speaker Former Miss KY 2025 Ariana Rodriguez. Ariana Rodriguez is a speaker, advocate, and founder of The Lucky Ones Foundation. A former youth in foster care, Ariana made history as the first former foster youth to become Miss Kentucky. Through her work, writing, and public platform, she advocates for children and young adults impacted by foster care while encouraging others to believe that their past does not define their future.
Emcee Alex Durham, News Anchor at WLKY, will guide the evening with warmth and wit, while auctioneer Kevin Harned, a beloved local personality and WAVE News Chief Meteorologist, will bring his trademark energy and enthusiasm to the live auction. Additional highlights include a bourbon pull and catering by Masterson’s. All proceeds benefit youth and families served by Boys & Girls Haven, ensuring they receive the support and care they deserve.
